The upper part of the harness starts with a collar around the neck that drops low on the throat to an adjustable strap running down the front center of the chest to the band around torso under the pectorals

The collar can go down to a 12 inch neck and up to a 18 inch neck

I recommend it for light impact flogging

The harness is adjustable by a few sizes up and down
