Domaine Chavy Chouet manages a beautiful plot at the bottom of the slope of the appellation in a South West exposure called: Les Meures. Aged for 10 months in barrels. Inviting fruit on the nose and good power on the palate with fresh raspberries and a good balance between acidity and tannins.
