GERMAN WWII M.42 CAMOUFLAGE COMBAT HELMET published in 1998A non decaled camouflage M. 42 helmet with a raw edge, it appears to have been painted a deep sand. It has been stored for many years and has suffered from rust bleed. There are some black markings around the lower part of the skull, which would be consistent with having another helmet with a black liner laid on top and heat transmitting the black finish onto the helmet below. Complete with its original lining. All the tongues are present, with one
