Domaine Oudin Chablis Les Serres Assyrtiko the making of this wineDomaine Oudin is a family run winery in Chiche, born from a move away from Paris to revive a small 2 hectare vineyard and grow it into a respected Chablis producer. Now led by Nathalie Oudin after international oenology experience, with her sister Isabelle joining in 2012, the estate focuses on traditional, low intervention viticulture. Their vines, around 45 years old, grow on limestone rich, stony soils that naturally limit yields and enhance grape
