The skirt is completely made of a machine lace that is shot through with a secondary thread of a deep burgundy. It is very subtle but there so adds a touch extra visual interest to the piece. There is a lot of fabric in the skirt so you get tremendous movement when you twirl. By adding different colors underneath you
