The brooch is stamped "STERLING" in the the Charles Horner font. It isn't stamped C. H but a lot of the items from the 1930s 40s were simply stamped "STERLING" in this font. It is one of his designs. The item weighs approx. 3. 15g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. As to be expected with age and use, the paste has surface marks.
