WildFlower Bohemian Rye Sourdough- Hands-on Class Dry Brush this blend is designed toThis class will be held at Just Dandy (16544 Puposky RD NW, Bemidji). We are going to make the WildFlower Farm version of Bohemian Rye Sourdough. Made with pumpernickel rye flour, wheat flour, honey and caraway seed. It is slightly lighter loaf full of flavor. Each student will be making their own loaf of bread and bring it home in a bamboo proofing basket. They will also take home a jar of honey glaze and a jar of sourdough starter.
