Filene's Restaurant was part of the famous Filene's Department Store which originated in Boston. The restaurant opened in the 1930's. It is a 5 lb. tin and is in vintage condition with yellowing and staining of the paper label. Also, the lid is hard to open, and I did not want to ruin the paper label, so I was not able to open it.
