Celtic Straps and gilding to interiorA 19th Century Pair of Gilt Metal Heraldic Mounting Plaques Depicting a Lion's Face in a Suit of Armour. Each plaque with three bolts to the reverse. In very good condition with age related wear and patina to the gilding. One securing nut missing. Approximate weight for the pair is 675 grams. Approximate dimensions of one are 13 cm height, 11 cm width and 4 cm depth.
