Lightwood Shotgun Cartridge Loading Machine Bury St EdmundsMagnificent Lightwood & Son of Birmingham shotgun cartridge manufacturing machine or turnover lathe. A rare survivor from the Victorian era, this very heavy and ornate cast iron machine is sought after by collectors. Patent No. 2562 dated 20 February 1886. Foot treadle and leather belt are all original. Small box of spare roll turnover heads in different calibres including some pinfire are included. It comes apart into 7 parts for transportation.
