Ingredients For the dough 2 eggs , one entire and yolk from the second, save egg white for filling 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt 100 g unsalted soft butter 1 tbs vinegar tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt 2-2 cups flour, may need more or less , just enough to make a soft non too sticky dough Filling 1 egg white cup sugar tsp cinnamon cup toasted, crushed walnuts Instructions To make the dough Combine all ingredients, mix and knead a soft non sticky dough Divide into 2 equal portions , shape into balls and set in the fridge for 25-35 minutes Meanwhile make the filling by mixing all ingredients together Roll out each dough into 10 diameter, cut into 8 triangles Place a teaspoon of filling on the widest side and roll Place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees preheated oven , 25-30 minutes or until light golden color Dust cookies with powdered sugar and enjoy Bon appetit
