The skirt is magnificent

There is an amazing detail at the waist - just above the belt you can see two piping rows of satin - these are connected by a fine thin bit of net underneath

Definitely a piece that a modern girl would know is meant to be worn over something skin tight or with equal volume - or at least that is how Jane and Judy say they would wear it
