This longer ripening period produced a more complex and subtle flavour profile. Medium lemon with green and gold hues. Clean and focussed stone fruit and citrus with complex development starting to show. Soft, full and generous with abundant green mango and stone fruit, cherry oak and complex secondary notes, and fresh acidity.
