Split hexagon Bucaneer Motel at New SouthPeeling paint splits the wall of a derelict ward inside the former Lewisham Hospital, Convent and Grounds. The Little Company of Mary opened the hospital in 1889 and ran it for nearly a century before vacating the site in 1986. What remains is a building in the process of coming apart, layer by layer.
