Presents a full bodied taste in the mouth with good acidity that gives it freshness and a long finish. During aging, the wine acquires its characteristic, amber accented colour and characteristic aromas of this oxidation process. It can be drunk fresh as an aperitif or at the end of the meal accompanying cheeses, black chocolate desserts or red fruits.
