Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops Equipment Slow Cooker Ingredients 4 boneless pork chops -1 inch thick 1 medium onion sliced into thick rings 1 packet ranch seasoning or 3 tablespoons homemade ranch seasoning teaspoon salt 1 cup chicken broth 2 tablespoons butter 1 garlic clove finely minced (or 1 teaspoon jarred) teaspoon dried parsley teaspoon dried chives Instructions In a small bowl, mix softened butter with garlic, parsley, and chives, then set aside in fridge until later Place onion slices in bottom of slow cooker Lay pork chops on top of onion slices Sprinkle ranch seasoning and salt evenly over pork Pour chicken broth around edges of slow cooker, not directly on top of pork chops (to keep seasoning in place) Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours (for best texture) or on high for 2-3 hours In the last 5-10 minutes, dot tops of pork chops with ranch herb butter, so it melts into a silky, flavorful jus to spoon over pork Stir onions into jus, then spoon it over pork chops when ready to serve
