Vipetec’s solutions
We did a water and energy balance optimization project for our client. We organized data collection and metrics to measure the efficiency of the system’s operation. We used our tools to analyze the operation of the system in various situations and made a development proposal. The development proposals were reviewed with the customer and the implementation was agreed upon. Vipetec planned the necessary changes, which were implemented in cooperation with the customer’s maintenance. We did the implementation and testing in cooperation. Vipetec fine-tuned the system, after which a follow-up period was carried out to ensure functionality.
Achieved results
The new control system has worked clearly better than before in different operation situations, and heat recovery has been clearly improved. From the factory’s side, it was stated that the project was successful, the results are good and the goals we set out to achieve were reached. In the words of the client, ‘Good, great project’.
